Despite years of spiritual practice, I have picked up on a lot of skepticism, from the times I live in, and people around me. So it is very exciting to learn about recent experiments which give scientific proof to many spiritual things which heretofore have only been intuited by mystics.
Quantum physics, with explanations such as the "Zero-Point Field" and the "Observer Effect", has come up with new ideas of the universe- that it is not a collection of separate entities, but a unified field, which we, and everything else, are a part of, and which we can draw on for power and insight.
Experiments, with rigid scientific standards, have shown that spiritual healing is very effective, and that other varieties of remote mental influence, as well as "remote viewing" (a person being able to accurately "see" a remote location in their mind), and even peoples' abilities to change the future, and even the past (!) are provable phenomena!
The implications of all this for us, as agents of transformation, are enormous, and exciting! We can proceed, not only with faith, but with confidence based on scientific proof, that there is One Power in the universe, and that we ourselves have enormous power, through our unity with It, to heal ourselves, others, and humanity as a whole!
