A piano / vocal pop song with bass and drums that asks what we are, really; answering that question first by noticing what we are not - thoughts, emotion, aspects of identity, the past, conditioning. Then we are left with a realization - that the pure awareness that sees the above aspects may just be who we really are! This realization leads to a life lived in equanimity, awareness, and compassion for ourselves and others…
