Single, “Hip Hop Bop” - out now.
For the new year, want to do more contemporary hip hop jazz, so here we are. Featuring Wurlitzer electric piano comping and solo, funky synth bass, synth lead sound for the head, drums and congas for that hiphop feel.
New single, “Dave and Rocco”, releasing 2/11.
Dedicated to Dave Garibaldi, drummer, and the late Rocco Prestia, bassist, of the legendary funk band, Tower of Power. Based on a funky groove with Dave G.- like drum feels and Rocco-like bass sound. Brass head and solos on synth and electric piano.
