RECORDINGS
Single, “Sit There and Be Aware” - out now. A funky vocal tune about a free-form style of meditation where one is open to whatever comes into consciousness, comes back from being lost in thought, and continues the practice in daily life.
With solo lead vocal, electric piano, and synthesizer, accompanied by drum kit and electric bass.

Inspired by a vacation in the Bahamas, an instrumental in the soca (“soul of calypso”) style popular there and in other Caribbean islands. Got to hear that music live in several clubs.
Drums, bass, and guitar doing that infectious groove, with steel drums playing the head and soloing later, plus electric piano and synth solos.
